Silent Retreat - March 2022
We have been under relentless duress for the last two years. Join this half-day retreat that focuses on being engaged and equipoised: Navigating the dualities - joy and sorrow, good and evil, self-care and community care. You are expected to be silent for the whole four hours as much as possible.

About the Event
A half-day silent retreat to create space for rest and creativity. Silence is the best way to engage with all that we have no time for but is important. It is a means to access everything we are denying ourselves or unaware of. It is a time to mindfully pay attention to our needs. After all, the only way out is in(ward). The retreat is partly guided, and partly unguided. You have lots of opportunities to get away from the screen. Includes savasana (reclining) meditations, seated meditations, time to journal and practice mindful eating/walking.
This month our theme is Navigating Dualities. The theme was changed from Joy and Celebration to create space for whatever may be coming up for us as we contend with war, as the pandemic still continues.
Ekta curates these monthly retreats based on her extensive experience with 10-day silent retreats in the Burmese Vipassana tradition over the last several years. She understands that time and family circumstances do not always permit people to take a chunk of days off to go to a retreat. Based on feedback from clients, she came up with this format, especially for you.
