About the Event

This series will draw from Buddhist philosophy and psychotherapeutic approaches. It is suitable for participants of all backgrounds and experience levels. Having said that, some experience with reflections may be helpful. A lot of this workshop will be interactive and involve sharing among a small / large group (depending on the number of participants). The sharing is an intentional component to work through shame and guilt, which are often isolating. When everyone shares, based on their comfort level, it fosters a sense of community and safety.

PLEASE NOTE: Owing to the sensitive nature of the content and shares, the sessions will NOT BE RECORDED.

AIMS

1. To facilitate inner reflection

2. To introduce concepts of self, parts, shadows

3. To explore equanimity, self-acceptance, self-compassion
